Itinerary
Day 1: Ha Noi arrival- city tour (L)– Private tour with guide and driver
✨ Welcome to Hanoi – A Cultural and Visual Feast Awaits!
Upon your arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by your guide and driver before heading straight to one of Vietnam’s most photogenic and culturally rich spots — Quang Phu Cau Incense Village.
As we arrive, you’ll be greeted by a mesmerizing sea of crimson — incense sticks beautifully laid out to dry in stunning formations. Capture incredible photos of the local artisans at work, surrounded by vibrant colors and traditional tools. Dive deeper into the village to explore the entire incense-making process — from cutting bamboo, dyeing the sticks, to mixing the fragrant paste — and meet the warm-hearted locals who’ve been keeping this craft alive for generations.
Next, we journey to the heart of Hanoi, where a delightful Vietnamese lunch awaits at a local favorite restaurant.
After lunch, stroll around the serene Hoan Kiem Lake, snap photos at Hanoi Grand Cathedral, and explore the charming chaos of the Old Quarter — a maze of narrow streets full of history, architecture, and irresistible street food.
No visit to Hanoi is complete without a stop at the famous Train Street — where cafes line an active railway track. Watch as life happens up-close, locals go about their day, and the train rumbles through. (Note: Drinks at cafes are not included.)
Wrap up the day with a visit to Dong Xuan Market, Hanoi’s largest wholesale hub, perfect for picking up local souvenirs and gifts. Let your senses wander through vibrant stalls selling everything from textiles and handicrafts to snacks and spices.
Finally, you'll be transferred to your hotel for check-in, where you can unwind and relax after a day full of unforgettable experiences.

Day 2: Ha Noi- Full day Ha Long bay excursion – Join in group
🌊 Full-Day Halong Bay Cruise Adventure with Alova Cruise
08:45 – Your unforgettable day begins as our comfortable bus and friendly tour guide pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Settle in for a scenic drive along the modern expressway toward Tuan Chau Marina, Halong City, with a short rest stop along the way.
12:00 – Welcome aboard! Step onto the Alova Premium Cruise and get a quick safety briefing before setting sail on an extraordinary 5.5 to 6-hour journey through the spectacular seascape of Halong Bay. As you cruise past surreal limestone formations — like the famous Fighting Cocks Islet and Thumb Rock — enjoy a buffet lunch onboard, featuring a variety of delicious local dishes.
13:45 – Explore the natural wonders of the Bo Hon Archipelago:
- Visit the stunning Surprising Cave (Sung Sot Cave), where you'll marvel at vast chambers filled with incredible stalagmites and stalactites shaped like sea creatures.
- Choose your adventure: Kayak or take a bamboo boat through the serene Luon Cave lagoon, a tranquil haven surrounded by steep cliffs and emerald water.
- Stop at Titov Island, where you can relax on the white sandy beach or hike up to Titov Peak for a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay — a perfect photo opportunity!
16:30 – Reboard the cruise and unwind with Afternoon Tea on the sundeck. Sip on a complimentary soft drink, soak in the sun, enjoy some tunes, and share laughs with fellow travelers — all while cruising through one of the world’s most iconic natural landscapes.
17:45 – 18:00 – Disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor and board the bus for a smooth ride back to Hanoi. You’ll arrive at your hotel in the evening, full of memories from a spectacular day in Halong Bay.

Terms & Conditions
- Rates & Inclusions All prices are quoted in USD per adult based on twin-sharing accommodation and apply exclusively to the specified tour package.
- Passport Requirements Rates are valid for holders of standard passports. If you or your client hold a passport of a different nationality, kindly contact us in advance for applicable pricing or requirements.
- Itinerary Changes Please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, local events, traffic) may require adjustments to the itinerary. Any changes may affect the total package cost. We will do our best to notify and accommodate you accordingly.
- Meals Packages include local set meals and daily hotel breakfast (buffet or set, local/international). If you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences, please inform us at least 7 days prior to arrival so we can make necessary arrangements.
- Travel Documentation Advance registration is required for all guests. Please provide full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, and visa expiry date. A valid passport is mandatory for check-in; failure to present it may result in denied access by immigration or local authorities.

Travel Safety & Journey Policies
- Your Safety & Comfort First Ensuring a safe, smooth, and comfortable journey for all travelers is our top priority throughout the entire trip.
- Non-Refundable Inclusions Please note that no refunds will be provided for unused services or inclusions in the tour package, whether used partially or not at all.
- Property Damage Responsibility Any damage caused to hotel rooms, transportation, or other property during the tour will be the direct responsibility of the passenger(s) involved and must be settled accordingly.
- Guest Information Requirement Advance registration is mandatory. All travelers must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, and visa expiry date prior to arrival. A valid passport must be presented at check-in; failure to do so may result in denied entry by immigration authorities.
- Rooming List & Service Release RAKKZ TRAVEL AND TOURS reserves the right to release confirmed bookings and services if the complete rooming list is not submitted before the scheduled arrival date.
Deposit & Final Payment Policy
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost per person is required at the time of reservation. Please note that some tours may have higher deposit requirements, which will be communicated in advance.
Failure to make the required deposit on time may result in the automatic release of reserved services by RAKKZ TRAVEL AND TOURS.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by RAKKZ TRAVEL AND TOURS:
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days (1 month) before the departure date.
- If final payment is not received by the due date, RAKKZ TRAVEL AND TOURS reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
- For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include cash and BANK TRANSFER.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by RAKKZ TRAVEL AND TOURS at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- 15 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
- 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
- No-show: 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
⚠️ Please note:
- Any reduction in the number of participants from the confirmed booking will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same cancellation charges.
- Postponements or changes in travel dates will also be treated as cancellations.
By proceeding with the booking, both the client and RAKKZ TRAVEL AND TOURS acknowledge and accept these cancellation terms.
