4. We accept a 50% down payment, and the remaining 50% must be paid at least 7 days before the date of the tour.

5. If the date of the tour is 7 days or less, we charge full payment.

🕓 Arrival Day Itinerary

✅ Before Arrival

• Driver & coordinator monitor flight arrival status in real-time
• Guest contact info and hotel details are confirmed in advance

🛬 Upon Arrival at Airport

✈️ At Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK):

1. After immigration & baggage claim, proceed to Exit Gate 4 (International Arrivals, Level 2)
2. Look for the signboard with guest’s name clearly displayed 📍 Example: “Welcome Mr. John Smith”
3. Staff/driver assists with luggage
4. Escort to private air-conditioned vehicle

✈️ At Don Mueang Airport (DMK):

1. After exiting customs, proceed to Arrival Hall, Gate 5 (Terminal 1)
2. Look for the name sign held by driver/staff
3. Luggage assistance provided
4. Transfer to waiting vehicle

🚐 Transfer to Hotel in Bangkok

• Travel time: ~30–45 mins (may vary with traffic)
• Bottled water provided onboard

🏨 Arrival at Hotel

• Drop-off directly at hotel entrance/lobby
• Assistance with check-in (upon request)
• Tour briefing or welcome kit (optional if part of a tour package)
