The seasoning for prawn catching
- The best season is Jan. to May, Low water level is Jun. to July and rising water is Aug. to Dec. Therefore the demonstration might be considered depend on water and weather condition, others activity will be replaced. For the catching prawn with wooden rod is available throughout the year but we don’t guarantee you will get prawn or not.

Day 1 : Gothic architectural style temple and Riverside way of living exploration
- 13.00 hrs. Meet and greet at hotel lobby in Bangkok
- 13.15 hrs. Leave the meeting point
- 14.30 hrs. Sightseeing at Wat Niwet Thammaprawat Ratchaworawihan, Bang Pa-in District, Ayutthaya province.
- 15.30 hrs. Depart to Koh-Gerd community by boat, takes about 20 minutes. You will enjoy the scenery along the Chao Phraya riverside.
- 16.00 hrs. Warm welcome from the community members and lead to homestay
- At leisure or you can walk around the community.
- 16.30 hrs.Enjoy the demonstration “How to catch river prawn by hand without using any tools or equipment” from the villagers. And you can try to catch the prawn using the traditional wooden fishing rod by your own.
- 17.30 hrs. It’s time to practice your cooking skill. The dinner menu for tonight is one of signature dish of local visitor called “Koong Mae Nam Paow” – Grilled river prawn. The Thai style dipping sauce is its highlight. The villagers will teach you to make your own dipping sauces. Having fun and spice vibes.
- 18.30 hrs. Dinner time, providing “Koong Mae Nam Paow” together with your own dipping sauce and others local Thai cuisine
- Rest and relax at your leisure, Goodnight.
Day 2: Herb inhalant workshop
- 08.00 hrs. Good morning. Thai style breakfast is served.
- 09.30 hrs. Experience to make Herb inhalant “Ya-dom”. Ya dom will help to relief from dizziness, clearing nasal congestion, alleviating headaches, reducing nausea and motion sickness and providing refreshment and alertness.
- 10.30 hrs. Morning coffee break. Thai snack or dessert will be served together with low sugar herb drink.
- 11.00 hrs Time to say good bye. Leaving back to Bangkok
- 12.30 hrs. Arrive meeting point in Bangkok. End of fruitful trip.
