This half-day Damnoen Saduak Floating Market Tour brings you to a unique market where locals sell their products on their paddle boats! Get on a long-tail boat through the village to see their real lives.
Being an important transportation route since King Rama IV era, Damnoen Saduak canal is famous for its Floating Market where the locals and neighboring people come to trade their products on paddle boats.
After more than 150 years, the market is still alive and becomes one of the most popular attraction near Bangkok.
Itinerary
6:15: Start picking up customers
6.15-7.00AM
Pick up from your hotel or meeting point in the following areas: Khaosan, Silom, Sathorn, Sukhumvit (Soi 1-24), Asoke, Pratunam.
7:30: Depart from Bangkok to Damneon Saduak Floating Market.
9:30: Boat Ride
Arrive long tail boat pier, ride on the long tail boat (10 minutes) to the main part of the market. Walk around the market to see local handicrafts products or ride on paddled boat (30 minutes, pay extra 150 THB).
11:00: Depart from the floating market.
13:00: Send you back to Khaosan Road Only. (Khao San Road is a famous destination of backpacker)
