AIRPORTELs Luggage Delivery and Luggage Storage Thailand proudly presents our newest counter desk to facilitate travelers. Our counter is located at Terminal21, 1st floor. AIRPORTELs offers a luggage storage service to travelers who do not desire to deposit luggage at airport. In addition, AIRPORTELs has a luggage & parcel delivery service to satisfy shopping lovers who desire to deliver luggage and parcel to hotel or airport.

  • The storage period is for 24 hours after drop off the luggage.

  • To Visit AIRPORTELs ICONSIAM Counter Arriving at the Siam Takashimaya. Walk straight, slightly look at the right-handed side to find the escalator. Can ask the receptionist if unsure. Use the escalator to arrive at the B1 Floor. Arriving at the B1 Floor. The escalator to the B2 Floor will be in front of the YES Exchange counter.
  • Once arriving at the B2 Floor, turn rightward to see the AIRPORTELs counter. The AIRPORTELs counter will be located under the escalator.

*There are no lockers available. Luggage will be stored at the counter. A bag weighing scale is provided for customers dropping off their luggage. If a customer purchases a standard bag ticket but the luggage exceeds 25 kg, an additional charge will apply on site.*

  • The storage has high security. AIRPORTELs ensures more than those facilities by providing insurance up to 50,000 THB
  • Normal Luggage : Any dimension for a Normal Luggage shall not be larger than 1 metre, and the maximum weight shall not be heavier than 25 kgs.
