- Child policy: age between 4-11-year, height between 100-150 cm only, higher than 150cm, Adult fare will be applied
- Age less than 4years, senior 65 years old (ID card or Passport must be shown) pay as child fare
- The above rates are for one person and inclusive of 7% government tax (V.A.T)
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- This rate is available only for booking with fewer than 24 participants.
- The magic show requires a minimum of 10 participants per session. If fewer than 10 guests are booked, the operator will be unable to proceed with the arrangement. In such cases, customers will be asked to reschedule their visit date or time.

- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Enter the venue at least 30 minutes before the show begins. People will not be allowed to enter after the show begins
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
