The legendary Michelin Guide has awarded Signature Bangkok a 1-Michelin Star for the second year in a row. On 13 December, 2023, Michelin Guide 2024 Awards Ceremony presented Signature Bangkok a 1-Michelin Star, for the second year in a row. The esteemed Michelin Guide—the world’s most prestigious culinary award— recognised Signature Bangkok’s bold interpretation of modern French and floral cuisine and its imaginative use of imported and local ingredients, herbs and flowers to express terroir.
Signature Bangkok is led by former 2-Michelin star Chef Thierry Drapeau who brings an innovative approach to modern French and “floral cuisine”. Delicate flowers and herbs, and exceptionally fresh, seasonal ingredients from land and sea are hallmarks of Chef Thierry’s tasting menu. Envisioned as a “journey of discovery”, the menus change with each season and tell a story of each ingredient, inviting guests to discover nature and culture through gastronomy.

The dining room soars above Bangkok skyline, offering panoramic views of one of Asia’s most exciting cities. Art deco interiors, plush velvet textiles, luxe carpets and a bold colour palette evoke classic elegance, while the floor to ceiling glass windows and burnished bronze fittings keep the mood hip and modern.
Signature Bangkok’s seasonal 8-course, 5-course and vegetarian menus are offered for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday.

- If customers order food from outside of menu provided, they will be subject to additional service charge/ VAT according to the restaurant's policy.
- Children can join a table booked for Party pack packages but will not count towards the maximum number of adults per pack. Children = Height is 130 cm and below
- Restaurant has the right to reject customers who bring more guests than booking indicated.
