• After check in, passenger(s) are escorted to the fast track security and immigration channels, once the passenger(s) enter this area, the passenger(s) will no longer be escorted by the airport staff and the airport staff will meet the passenger(s) behind the immigration counter
• The passenger(s) are escorted to an airline’s departure lounge (if applicable) or to the departure gate unless requested otherwise by the passenger(s). [Airport staff is not allowed to wait in the lounge or at the departure gate with the passenger(s)
• The passenger(s) are escorted directly to the gate if they are running late and the flight is already boarding.
